The Cool Heat Neck rug has velcro tabs that attach the neck rug to the Cool Heat Horse rug. The Cool Heat Neck Rug is unique in that it has insulators that sit up off the horse’s neck allowing airflow to circulate over the horse’s body - great for keeping your horse clean for an event or for riding.
